Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes (if using), and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if necessary).
  • Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are crispy and opaque.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Once the shrimp are done, toss them in the garlic Parmesan butter mixture until fully coated.
