Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Mushrooms:
Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and scrape out the gills with a spoon. Wipe the caps clean with a damp cloth.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, chopped basil, and garlic (optional). Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
