Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup bell peppers finely diced
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the wraps:
  • 4 to 6 large flour tortillas
  • Optional for serving:
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges
  • Salsa guacamole, or sour cream for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Filling
  • Combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, bell peppers, green onions, cilantro, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Assemble the Wraps
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture across the tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  • Roll the Tortillas
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. For appetizers, slice into pinwheels; for wraps, keep them whole.
  • Chill or Heat
  • For cold wraps: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • For warm wraps: Heat in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until warm and slightly crispy.
  • Serve
  • Slice as desired, garnish with parsley or cilantro, and serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
