In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the prepared dish.
In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, and olive oil. Mix until breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp, covering each piece.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque, and topping is golden brown.
For an extra crispy topping, broil for the last 2 minutes, keeping a close eye on it to prevent burning.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
