  • Chicken:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Seasonings:
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • Others:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Optional: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and lightly sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side to enhance the flavor.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and cornstarch (if using). Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the prepared sauce over them.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve with your choice of pasta, rice, or vegetables.
