  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix dry seasoning
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional, for extra creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme.
  • Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and sour cream (if using). Stir well until smooth.
  • Layer in Crockpot: Place the seasoned chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crockpot. Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Shred the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the Crockpot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the Crockpot and stir to combine.
  • Serve: Serve the creamy garlic chicken over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
