4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs) 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 4 garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (plus extra for garnish) 1 tablespoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon dried thyme optional
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; stir in thyme if using.
