Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme optional

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; stir in thyme if using.
  • Place chicken in the crockpot and pour the garlic butter sauce over it.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender.
  • Before serving, drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
