Crockpot Potato Casserole Recipe
Crockpot potato casserole is the ultimate comfort food with the added benefit of being effortlessly cooked in your slow cooker. Tender potatoes, creamy sauce, and melted cheese combine to create a dish that’s both easy to make and packed with flavor.

6 large potatoes peeled and sliced 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping 1 tbsp fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Grease the Crockpot and layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the sauce. Repeat the layers with remaining potatoes, sauce, and cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
Optional: Add breadcrumbs in the last 30 minutes for a crispy topping.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
