Easy Baked Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  • Pour the honey Dijon mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is coated with the glaze.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
