Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Bread:

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

For the Shrimp Topping:

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Avocado Spread:

  • 2 ripe avocados mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Optional Garnishes:

  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Additional parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the sliced bread.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix with lime juice and salt until smooth.
  • Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted garlic bread slices.
  • Top each slice with 2–3 sautéed shrimp.
  • Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, or cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
