Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Toss shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix with lime juice and salt until smooth.
Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted garlic bread slices.
Top each slice with 2–3 sautéed shrimp.
Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, or cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
