Slow Cooker Crack Chicken
Crack Chicken has earned its catchy name for a reason—it’s utterly addictive! This creamy, cheesy, and savory dish is a perfect blend of tender shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon.
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 8 ounces cream cheese cubed 1 packet ranch seasoning mix about 1 ounce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional 1/2 teaspoon onion powder optional 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled Fresh parsley or green onions chopped (for garnish)
Lightly grease the slow cooker.
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Add garlic and onion powder if desired.
Scatter cream cheese cubes over the chicken and pour in chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the juices and cream cheese.
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
